To this end, the company invests in internal and external training from an annual survey of training needs, focusing on technical and behavioral aspects, which provides opportunities for development, growth, and professional recognition. Based on this, we recently launched Data Tech, our Corporate University, which has added even more to this aspect, promoting the dissemination of internal knowledge in a practical and agile way, with access via cell phone or computer.
