Service Performed: Technical consultancy, maintenance on the automatic brush lifting system and replacement of parts.
Challenge:
The client contacted DATA ENGINEERING due to a stoppage of more than 24 hours in a mill motor, which directly compromised the production of one of the company’s main cement plants. Promptly, DATA’s technical team traveled to the customer’s unit on an emergency basis.
Solution:
After a detailed analysis, it was identified that there was a failure in the automatic brush lifting system during motor operation. Subsequently, all the necessary repairs were performed on the machine in an average time of 3 hours of service, with total efficiency, resuming the availability and full operation of the engine.
07 days after the service was performed, Data Engenharia’s consultant contacted the client to check if the equipment was still operating normally, and on this occasion Data Engenharia was invited to visit the plant to support the company’s rotating machinery failure analysis process.
