Data Engenharia, in partnership with GE Grid, presented a series of webinars throughout 2020, focused on Transformer Reliability Studies through Asset Condition Analysis in the Field, for the technical specialists of the largest cement companies in Brazil, including LafargeHolcim, Intercement and Votorantim.
In a year of great change, it is necessary for companies to adapt to the needs of their customers. In a global pandemic scenario, Data Engenharia developed an online training program that provided its customers with in-depth technical knowledge about transformer maintenance.
Studies were given on the techniques and ways of analyzing dissolved gas chromatography using high value-added equipment that is simple to install and offers real-time diagnostics through the pyrolysis of these gases, making it possible to determine and maintain the useful life of assets depending on the physical state of deterioration of the mechanical strength of the paper (cellulose).
The workshops were coordinated by technical experts: José Carlos da Rocha Simões – Data Engenharia, and Rodrigo Gatti – Ge Grid.
