Power transformers:
We act with the whole line of single and three-phase transformers, insulated with mineral or vegetable oil, with power ranging from 5 to 80 MVA, voltage class up to 230 kV, with the most diverse configurations of angular diagrams, meeting all the standards of the South American electrical system. We follow all the criteria for modernization and automation of the protection and control system, through online monitoring solutions.
Transformers for furnaces and rectifiers:
We manufacture rectifier transformers and transformers for arc furnaces and induction furnaces, with power ranging from 5 to 50 MVA, voltage class up to 145 kV, with the most diverse configurations, meeting all the requirements of the steel and metallurgy market.
The great differential in these projects is the customization, with physical, structural, and electrical adaptations of the transformer for each installation. Every modernization system can also go on board, keeping an automated equipment.
Special transformers:
We work with the entire line of single and three-phase transformers, insulated in mineral oil, meeting specific projects and criteria, upon request.
Our facilities:
Land: 47.500 m2. Built area: 10,000 m2.
Lifting capacity: 50 tons with overhead cranes and above with other resources.
Test laboratory: Transformers up to 230 kV.
Electrical testing:
Execution of all routine tests according to NBR-5356, in addition to the special tests below:
- Atmospheric Impulse of full wave, clipped and maneuvering;
- Applied voltage at industrial frequency;
- Induced voltage with partial discharge measurement (short and long duration);
- Radio Interference Level;
- Temperature rise in the various configurations and types;
- Noise Level;
- Zero sequence impedance;
- Harmonics in the excitation current;
- Frequency response – FRA;
- Laboratory tests with insulating oil and paper;
- Hot Tightness
- Others (upon request).
